If your dates match our availability and your enquiry feels aligned, we’ll arrange a video call. This is a chance for us to get to know each other a little more, talk about your home, animals, routines, and anything important to your day-to-day life. If it feels like the right fit on both sides, we can then move forward to the next step.
Preparation Form
Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send you a preparation form to complete before the stay begins. This helps us understand the important details in advance, from daily routines and home information to key contacts, practical notes, and anything else that will help us care for your home and animals well while you’re away.

Where possible, we may arrive the day before your departure so we can walk through everything together, settle into the rhythm of the home, and make the handover feel calm and easy for everyone involved. It gives space for final details, familiar routines, and a more natural transition before you head off and your journey begins.
